Born and raised by a family of real estate developers in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, Stephanie was exposed to commercial real estate and luxury retail leasing from an early age. Having an interest in high fashion, Stephanie spent time working for some of the top women in the fashion industry in New York City, and also travelled the world filming fashion shorts with the #1 luxury shopping center in Michigan.

After studying at the University of Michigan, Stephanie moved to Miami in 2017 where her true passion for real estate flourished. She worked with OneWorld Properties as the marketing project manager for Paramount Miami World Center, where she learned the ins and outs of pre-construction, sales, and marketing tactics for the real estate industry.

Having married a born and raised Miamian, Stephanie’s love for Miami only grew stronger as she stayed for longer. After spending nearly 3 years with OneWorld Properties, Stephanie decided she wanted to dive deeper into Miami real estate and obtained her real estate sales associate’s license and immediately joined ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. Within her first year of selling real estate with Sotheby’s, Stephanie helped sell over $35,000,000 in sales and recognized her true passion as a selling agent. Having already extensive experience in preconstruction, it was an easy transition for Stephanie to get on the selling side of pre-construction where she plans to grow and thrive in the future.
