The $1 billion Waldorf tower will become Miami’s tallest at 1,041 feet above ground when completed. A sales gallery for The Residences at Waldorf Astoria Miami is now being built at 400 Biscayne, and will open in early 2020.
Located a 300 Biscayne and at 1,049 feet tall, Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences Miami will be Miami’s tallest tower and Miami’s first skyscraper. It will include ground-floor retail, 400 condo residences; and a 140-key, 5-star hotel operated by Waldorf Astoria.
Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences Miami is meant to resemble nine large, staggered-stacked glass cubes. Sales for Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences Miami are expected to launch towards the end of 2020. Prices have yet to be released, but project sell-out is expected to top $1 billion.
