Born and raised in Miami, Patty is no stranger to Miami’s uniqueness. Patty has been exposed to the world of luxury real estate, learning the intricacies from her mother who’s been in the business for over 30 years.

Patty has always been passionate about high-end fashion, and for the last decade has worked as the top-selling, senior stylist for luxury retail boutique, The Webster. While at The Webster, she developed life-long relationships and built an extensive portfolio with high-end clientele. Looking to expand her expertise, she turned to luxury real estate as her next frontier, specializing in curated experiences for the most discerning clients.

Upon obtaining her real estate license, Patty joined One Sotheby’s International Realty and, within her first 5 months, has helped sell over $17 million in general real estate. With her extensive background in luxury sales, Patty knows exactly how to prioritize her clients’ needs and strives to find them their perfect home, while helping them fall or re-fall in love with Miami. Patty is excited and eager to continue to grow her business within the Catena Group.

Patty attended Florida International University and earned a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature. In her free time, Patty continues to pursue her passion for fashion by styling clients and attending fashion-driven events, playing tennis, and spending time with her family and friends.
